Who is responsible

Platform Gallery 010101 AB (org. no. 559331-6747), the company behind Platform Stockholm and landlord of the studios, Färgkontoret, Lövholmsgränd 12, 117 43 Stockholm, is responsible for the personal data described here. Write to info@platformstockholm.com with any question about it.

Visiting the website

We use no analytics and no advertising cookies.

  • Your language choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it.
  • If you log in, a cookie keeps you logged in until you log out.
  • The site loads its font from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers, which see your IP address.
  • Our web host keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run the site securely.

Tenants

When you rent a studio, we keep what is in your lease: your name, email, phone number, address, personal or company registration number, your studio, rent and contract dates. We use it to run the lease, send invoices, give you a digital key and show you your page on this website. The legal basis is the lease itself.

We keep it for as long as you rent, and afterwards as long as Swedish accounting law requires for invoices and payments (seven years).

Co-tenants and subtenants

When a tenant adds a co-tenant or subtenant, we store that person's name, email, studio, whether they are a co-tenant or subtenant, their start and end date, and who added them. We use it to give them a digital key to floors 2 and 3 and to know who has access to the building. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the building safe.

Their details are sent to Parakey, the door system, which emails them an invitation and records when their key opens a door. When their access ends, the key is taken back and they are removed from Parakey. 12 months after their access ended, we delete their details from our records as well.

Artists’ profiles

A profile on the studios pages shows only what the artist has chosen to publish there. The artist can change or remove it at any time.

Who else handles the data

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. These services handle it on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

  • Supabase: our database and login
  • Vercel: hosting of the website
  • Postmark: sending email from the website
  • Parakey: the digital door keys
  • PandaDoc: signing leases
  • Fortnox: invoices and bookkeeping
  • Google Workspace: our email and documents
  • Smartsheet and Zapier: the old co-tenant form, until it is switched off

Some of these companies are based outside the EU. Where data leaves the EU, it is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask us which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Write to info@platformstockholm.com. We answer within a month.
