Studios

Platform manages 64 artist studios at Färgkontoret, the former head office of the paint company Beckers, built in 1916 in Liljeholmen, Stockholm. Around 130 creative professionals work here — artists, designers, writers, photographers and architects — alongside four other artist collectives in the same building.

The collective is run democratically: every tenant is invited into experimental decision-making processes where net-based voting tools are used to settle practical questions, including the selection of new members.

Studios appear on this page as soon as a tenancy is ending, with the room's size and rent, and are announced through our newsletter and social channels at the same time. The current members of the collective are listed below.
